Our client is a FT100 organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Identify the training needs and develop training plans for HK & other regional offices.
- Organize and coordinate for all training events and act as a facilitator to collaborate and achieve synergy during the program
- Assist in reviewing and managing the Graduate Trainee Program and provide support on recruitment process
- Perform evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of each training event and provide recommendation for further enhancement / changes for achieving the best outcome towards the business needs
- Search, identify and evaluate the training contents proposed by the external consultants against the training objective
- Assist in monitoring the training budget and expenses
- Participate in other adhoc projects, including but not limited to staff engagement program, etc.
