Our client is a very sizable and prestigious apparel retailer, owning several brands and distributing for many brands.  They are now looking for a potential incumbent to join their energetic team.

• Manage a small team to effective the buying function for assigned brands
• Keep abreast of market trends and analyse the buying behavior for buying decision and OTB planning
• Formulate buying strategies and ensure the product mix are able to meet the consumers’ needs with the objective of maximizing the sales performance and profit margin towards the business goals
• Establish, manage and execute the stock replenishment, inventory control, competitive pricing, potential markdowns and margin control strategies and action plans to optimize sales targets
• Ensure the seasonal buying process of each category / store are in response to the sales budget and trends
