Our client is a FT500 organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Establish annual and regular training plan to cope with the business direction as well as responsible for training program design for the region
- Manage the full spectrum of training activities, including but not limited to TNA, planning, designing, executing and evaluation
- Be the trainer to deliver regular programs and be a facilitator to effective the training activities
- Source for training professionals when necessary and evaluate the contents to ensure the expected outcome are consistent with the objectives
- Develop and manage the measurement method of all training activities
- Perform budget forecast and control
- Compile various evaluation and status report for management review on a regular basis
