Senior Manager, Training & Development (Corporate & Retail Training)

Our client is a prestigious and sizable conglomerate organization.

 

  • Report to top management and lead a team to effective the daily training activities and operations for the region of Greater China (including HK & Macau), including both Corporate Training & Retail Training
  • Establish short & long-term strategies and planning to sustain the development of the business directions, including but not limited to, succession planning, retention strategy, career development roadmap, etc.
  • Act as a Business Partner to identify training needs with business unti and hence to formulate training plans towards the goals and objectives
  • Participate in external community events when necessary

Requirement: :
  • Master Degree or above in related discipline
  • 8+ years solid L&D experience in Corporate Training, preferably gained from Retail / F&B industry, with at least 5 years at managerial grade
  • Solid experience in dealing with Senior Executives
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Immediate available would be highly preferable
