- Establish sales objectives and KPIs as well as monitor the sales performance status
- Formulate, review and implement incentive schemes from time to time to motivate and recognize frontline employees’ performance
- Build and maintain a high level of relationships with business partners for achieving effective cross selling activities
- Analyse retail / sales data from various angles for developing sales & marketing strategies, allocating resources as well as ensuring the compliance of relevant processes
- Responsible for pricing management and ensure the market competitiveness
- Work closely with sales team for implementing sales & marketing campaigns and evaluate the feedback for necessary enhancement
- Review and streamline the operational process and translate the requirements for system development
- Lead a small team to effective the day-to-day retail operations and provide necessary supportive to stores
