Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Involve in the whole recruitment function as well as identify the manpower needs and perform the selection process, up to managerial level
- Act as a Business Partner to work closely with assigned BUs and provide professional HR recommendation to solve staffing / manpower issues
- Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching
- Establish various recruitment channels as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome/feedback from markets
- Participate in recruiting and managing the annual Graduate Trainee Program and any adhoc projects as required
