Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.

• Assist in supporting the legal and regulatory matters for all regions, including legal affairs and licensing, contract terms and compliance, etc.
• Work closely with different departments and provide professional legal advices and recommendation towards the business direction
• Draft and review various legal documents, critical commercial documents/contracts to  ensure the compliance of relevant regulations as well as protect the interest and benefits of the Company
• Provide hands-on support on critical licensing application and renewal issues, statutory returns, etc to fulfil the regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal and regulatory researches when necessary
• Handle adhoc projects as required
