Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
- Report directly to GM and take care of all sales aspects of Hong Kong local market business
- Keep track and analyse sales performance weekly of both retails and own counters business
- Develop business strategies to generate sales towards the business goals
- Work closely with Marketing team to understand strategic product launches and ensure MKT calendar will grow sales
- Provide guidance to channel sales manager and counter sales manager to achieve sales target
- Manage and review incentive schemes and ensure the monthly incentive pay are processed accurately
- Responsible for manpower planning and ensure the manpower resources are allocated effectively to fulfil the operational needs
- Perform all round people management issues, including but not limited to coaching & motivation, performance management, talent management, retention, staff engagement, etc.
- Handle complicated / critical complaints when necessary
