Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.


  • Report directly to GM and take care of all sales aspects of Hong Kong local market business
  • Keep track and analyse sales performance weekly of both retails and own counters business
  • Develop business strategies to generate sales towards the business goals
  • Work closely with Marketing team to understand strategic product launches and ensure MKT calendar will grow sales
  • Provide guidance to channel sales manager and counter sales manager to achieve sales target
  • Manage and review incentive schemes and ensure the monthly incentive pay are processed accurately
  • Responsible for manpower planning and ensure the manpower resources are allocated effectively to fulfil the operational needs
  • Perform all round people management issues, including but not limited to coaching & motivation, performance management, talent management, retention, staff engagement, etc.
  • Handle complicated / critical complaints when necessary

Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • 8+ years’ experience in retail sales management with proven track sales record
  • Strong people management and leadership skill
  • Excellent analytical and communication skill
  • Good in operating MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Good in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
