Senior Manager, Branding (Greater China)

Our client is a luxury fashion retailer and distributing various brands in the region.

 

  • Formulate marketing strategies and define marketing calendar with holistic plans for brand positioning, product launching, CRM, etc.
  • Analyze competitive activities and market trend to define and formulate CRM strategies and programs
  • Supervise the Marketing Team and Visual Merchandising Team to effective the day-to-day operations with the objectives to enhance the brand image and awareness
  • Initiate and pilot the planning, execution and measurement of marketing initiatives including ATL & BTL advertising, loyalty programs, digital branding programs, etc.
  • Work closely with various functional teams to effective the marketing strategies as well as ensure the execution achieves the goals and objectives
  • Responsible for budget planning and forecasting as well as manage the A&P expenses and ensure the resources all utilized effectively and properly

Requirement: :
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 8+ years relevant experience gained from retail fashion brand, with at least 3 years at managerial grade
  • Regional exposure with Greater China experience is highly preferably
  • Strong numerical and business sense with excellent presentation skill
  • Willing to travel to China
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
