Our client is a popular jewelry retailer, with branches in major cities in Asia and customer based across the globe.
- Report to the Head of Operation and supervise a small team to effective the day-to-day retail sales operations
- Take the ownership of Incentive Scheme to manage, review and administrate the schemes, policies and guidelines as well as ensure and process the calculation accurately and timely
- Responsible for budget planning and sales forecast as well as monitor the sales performance against the objectives and prepare various meaningful sales reports for frontline and management review
- Analyze the sales data and collect frontline feedback in terms of pricing, workflow, operations need, etc. with the objective to enhance the sales performance and operational excellent
- Involve in policy formulation and roadmap planning as well as drive for execution towards the business objective
- Identify the gaps between the workflows of operations and systems and be the key person to collaborate with IT team to ensure the enhancements are developed and implemented towards the business needs
