Our client is a popular jewelry product retailer, with branches in major cities in Asia and customer based across the globe.
- Lead the training teams to execute the training initiatives (both classrooms and e-Learnings) including but not limited to retail expansion, talent development, product launching, etc.
- Perform TNA and identify the gaps and hence to develop and design effective training programs to sustain the organizational development
- Develop and review the training policies and guidelines as well as streamline the procedures for operational excellence
- Source and evaluate the training consultancy services as well as determine the material and content designs are consistent with the training objectives
- Evaluate and measure the learning outcome and training effectiveness for necessary enhancement
- Perform projection of training budget of each program as well as assist in monitoring the expenditures
- Conduct field coaching and identify the performance gaps, hence to provide necessary assistance and recommend action plans for improvement
- Perform training delivery and presentation for regular events
