Our client is a FT500 high-tech organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Provide full support on the daily operation of C&B issues for HK and other regional offices
- Ensure all regional practices are complied with local labour law and align across the regions; derive enhancement plan when necessary
- Review, benchmark and propose for regular company benefit schemes as well as ensure the overall offering package are competitive to the labour markets
- Manage the regional payroll process with relevant agencies and overseas offices as well provide hands on support on local payroll and relevant benefit administration
- Participate in various HR projects, including performance appraisal, annual salary review, job grading and salary benchmarking, etc.
- Review and streamline policies and operational processes for operational excellent
- Compile various regular reports for management review
