• Provide full and comprehensive financial analysis support for all kinds of investment projects, including but not limited IPOs, M&A, fund raising, commercial transaction, etc.
• Develop financial models with meaningful analysis as well as assess and evaluate the investment risks and perform due diligence
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
