Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
- Assist in developing and executing CRM campaigns with the objective to build, maintain and optimize the customers loyalty
- Perform data mining and provide insights to identify potential opportunities based on consumer behavior in terms of nationalities, sales value, age range, product categories, frequency, etc.
- Identify potential segments to support and effective the CRM planning and execution as well as enhance the outcome on retentions and reactivation
- Develop and drive for the implementation of CRM action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, redemption program, etc.
- Execute various CRM initiatives as well as perform forecasting and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns towards the KPIs
- Develop CRM materials for DM/EDM communication
- Compile comprehensive sales and CRM reports for management review
