One of the leading IT&T firms with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Plan & design the full cycle of training and development program for all regions, including but not limited to TNA, sourcing, delivery and evaluation
- Work closely with external consultants for content design and delivery as well as search, identify and evaluate the training contents against the training objective
- Organize and coordinate for all training events and act as a facilitator to collaborate and achieve synergy during the program
- Perform evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of each training event and provide recommendation for further enhancement / changes for achieving the best outcome towards the business needs
- Liaise with BUs / relevant parties to effective the execution of training activities
- Involve in e-Learning platform development, enhancement and implementation
