Assistant Training & Development Manager (Regional exposure)

One of the leading IT&T firms with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.

  • Plan & design the full cycle of training and development program for all regions, including but not limited to TNA, sourcing, delivery and evaluation
  • Work closely with external consultants for content design and delivery as well as search, identify and evaluate the training contents against the training objective
  • Organize and coordinate for all training events and act as a facilitator to collaborate and achieve synergy during the program
  • Perform evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of each training event and provide recommendation for further enhancement / changes for achieving the best outcome towards the business needs
  • Liaise with BUs / relevant parties to effective the execution of training activities
  • Involve in e-Learning platform development, enhancement and implementation

Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business studies or related discipline
  • 4+ years solid experience in Training & Development design and planning
  • Hands on experience in e-learning system is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, multi-tasking and enjoy working as a Business Partner with a range of consultants and BUs
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Proficient in Mandarin is a must)
