Our client is a global leader in the industry with branches and services covering all major cities in the world.

• Involve in the full cycle of enhancement projects of SAP HCM system, from system requirement analysis to user trainings
• Participate in the development and management of HR Business Intelligence Tool, including but not limited to data transformation / extraction, dashboard building, models development, etc.
• Work closely with IT team on technical, software and hardware requirements to fulfil the implementation and on-going maintenance needs
• Assist in designing testing scripts and coordinating the UAT process as well as review and modify user specification and training materials
• Manage the documentation of data structure to ensure the data accuracy and consistency of various systems
• Provide support to build various useful queries for HR reports
