Our client is a multi-cultural investment bank with branches and businesses stretching around the globe.  Their major activities in Hong Kong involving SFC RA 1, 4 & 6.

• Lead a small team to execute M&A transaction and underwriting focusing in assets investment projects which the majority market covers PRC and South East Asia
• Provide hands on support and participate in the whole cycle of M&A execution, including but not limited to assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions
• Ensure all transactions are compliance with relevant rules and regulations
• Involve in the preparation of new business presentations and researches, such as market research and analysis, presentation/pitching materials.
