Our client is a popular sizable retail firm with plant and stores in Greater China.

• Responsible for research, planning and implementing new programs and protocols for the business as well as overseeing the development of new products
• Act as a Project Lead to manage the entire development process of new products and programs, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
• Keep track of all the costs related to the creation/development and propose for the worth pursuing
• Lead and drive the R&D team to execute the development projects and ensure to meet the deadline and achieving the target objective
• Cooperate with operations teams for development of new test methods/materials or revision of methods for business needs
• Keep abreast of market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, materials, processes and methods of analytical instrumentation
