Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing IT&T solutions with business in both retail and corporate sectors.
- Handle mobile payment related issues and operations, including but not limited to updating content, handling customer enquiries, transaction processing, etc.
- Work with relevant stakeholders and business partners for any issues related payment processing and hence to come up with effective remedial actions for improvement
- Perform reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly processed
- Involve in system enhancement tasks; assist in defining user requirements and conduct UAT
- Prepare reports for management review on a regular basis
- Handle adhoc assignments when required

Requirement: |

- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business Studies or related disciplines
- 4+ years' experience in payment processing function, preferably gained from banking industry (Less experience can be consider as Officer)
- Detail-minded, customer-oriented, able to work independently
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good command in both spoken English & Chinese
