Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular global apparel brand with branches across the globe.
- Manage the daily operation and activities within the store and drive the team to provide an excellent shopping experience
- Manage and allocate all kind of the store resources effectively to maximize the performance outcome including but not limited to sales, productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Drive for the implementation of various policies, initiatives and activities as well as ensure all procedure and operations within the stores are compliance with Corporate standard
- Work closely with marketing and CRM team for sales & promotion activities, VIP events and relevant programs
- Manage the inventory level and merchandise delivery as well as ensure the offering products are displayed and accessed in consistent with Corporate guidelines
- Perform manpower planning; ensure sufficient frontline staff at each department / floor to provide excellent customer services and task execution
- Establish and maintain a healthy working environment to enhance the level of job satisfaction, staff engagement and morale
- Provide clear objective and manage individual performance by providing meaningful feedback; meanwhile to identify talents for further development
- Be aware of the status of the store by analyzing various data and hence to recommend action plan for business planning

Requirement: |

- 5+ years of experience store management experience, in which at least 1 year as a managerial level
- Strong numerical sense and analytical skill, highly presentable and be able to demonstrate an excellent leadership style
- Solid exposure to oversee a holistic store operation issues, including but not limited to generating sales, store expenditure and control, marketing and VIP events, data analysis, etc.
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
