Our client is a popular sizable retail firm with 80+ stores in Hong Kong and Macau.  To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbent who possess both strategic thinking and down-to-the-earth leadership style.

• Oversee the UI/UX functions for all digital platforms
• Develop short to long terms UI/UX strategy and plans with multi-angle consideration, such as end user experience, market feedback and trend, business direction, etc.
• Provide hands-on involvement in full cycle of the development of UX design artefacts as well as drive the team to execute the projects towards the business goals
• Determine the gaps of interactions between the business and consumer, hence to identify and design the solution in both technical and workflow sides to enhance the consumer experience
• Build and manage a team of UX and UI designers and/or external vendors, manage budget and overall deliverable timelines
