• Responsible for all legal matters relating to investment projects, specializing in private/un-listed M&A transactions
• Act as an in-house counsel to provide professional legal advice and support with principal focus on due diligence, deal structuring, contractual and other corporate documents, etc.
• Conduct legal research and study for case verification particularly in corporate law and regulatory policies
• Prepare and review investment related contracts, transaction agreements and legal documents
• Responsible for regulatory reporting and compliance management of investment projects
• Liaise with external counsel and relevant professional advisers
