- Manage the overall business and marketing plans of assigned brands with the objective to maximize the sales performance and profitability
- Keep close relationship with Brand Principals to manage the brand and product movement and development, marketing direction, etc.
- Keep abreast and analyse the market trend and hence to formulate effective marketing strategies and plans to enhance the competitiveness of consumer market
- Lead a team to effective the daily operation of marketing plans/activities and product management, including but not limited to, product development, pricing and inventory control, etc.
- Formulate annual objectives and KPIs as well as work closely with Retail & Sales team to maximize the sales turnover and profitability
- Manage the P&L of the assigned Brand and perform budgeting and controlling
