Our client is a prestigious and sizable retail organization.
- Manage the training team and oversee the retail and operation training & development functions for the region.
- Establish short to long-term strategies and planning to sustain the development of the business directions, including but not limited to, succession planning, retention strategy, career development roadmap, etc.
- Identify the training needs and develop training plans for different levels and functions of employees (including Retail function & Frontline Staff) as well as evaluate the effectiveness of each activity and hence to make necessary improvement and enhancement.
- Perform store visits and provide insights on frontline sales performance against training needs
