Our client is a prestigious and sizable retail organization.


  • Manage the training team and oversee the retail and operation training & development functions for the region.
  • Establish short to long-term strategies and planning to sustain the development of the business directions, including but not limited to, succession planning, retention strategy, career development roadmap, etc.
  • Identify the training needs and develop training plans for different levels and functions of employees (including Retail function & Frontline Staff) as well as evaluate the effectiveness of each activity and hence to make necessary improvement and enhancement.
  • Perform store visits and provide insights on frontline sales performance against training needs

Requirement: :
  • Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline
  • 8+ years solid Training and Coaching experience in Retail / F&B industry, with at least 5 years in managerial grade
  • Familiar in retail operations and frontline services area
  • Fast paced, multi-tasking with strong business sense is a must
  • Solid experience in dealing with Senior Executives
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
