• Define application usage scenarios and design UI and UX for multi-channels
• Understand users' requirements and involve in full designing processing, i.e. storyboards, user flow, mockups and prototypes
• Responsible for UAT
• Collaborate with development teams or vendors to efficiently create and convey design solutions
